Who is Morbius?
While comic geeks maybe familiar with the character, as he first appeared as an antagonist in “The Amazing Spider-Man” comic in 1971.
Just know your “Geek Card” is safe, and won’t be revoked any time soon, just because you weren’t aware. We can’t all be Comic Geeks, right?
However, for years Marvel was actually forbidden to use characters more on the supernatural side. So we won’t hold your lack of Morbius knowledge against you … just yet. Morbius eventually evolved into an anti-hero.
Now I’m no comic geek myself, so I did a quick Google search and found out that Morbius is actually a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist, by the name of Dr. Michael Morbius, who accidentally turned himself into a vampire.
